Welcome to FreeASVAB ("FreeASVAB", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FreeASVAB website, mobile applications, services, content, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Educational Purpose Only

FreeASVAB is an independent educational platform designed to help users prepare for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) examination.

The Service is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

We do not guarantee:

  • Any specific ASVAB score;
  • Qualification for military service;
  • Acceptance into any military branch;
  • Eligibility for any military occupation or program;
  • Any employment, career, or educational outcome.

Your performance on practice materials may differ significantly from your performance on official examinations.

3. No Government or Military Affiliation

FreeASVAB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by:

  • The United States Army;
  • The United States Navy;
  • The United States Air Force;
  • The United States Marine Corps;
  • The United States Space Force;
  • The United States Coast Guard;
  • The Department of Defense (DoD);
  • Any government agency.

All trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information;
  • Keep your login credentials secure;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account;
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

5. Subscription Services

You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

You agree to provide accurate payment information.

If a payment cannot be processed:

  • We may suspend your access;
  • We may terminate your subscription.

Prices may change in the future. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods.

8. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods;
  • Unused time;
  • Failure to use the Service;
  • Changes in examination outcomes.

Any exceptions are made solely at our discretion.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Practice questions;
  • Explanations;
  • Text;
  • Graphics;
  • Logos;
  • Software;
  • Databases;
  • Study materials;

is owned by FreeASVAB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or publicly displayed without prior written permission.

11. User Content

If you submit content to the Service, including comments, feedback, suggestions, or other materials:

You grant FreeASVAB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content.

12. AI-Generated Content

Certain features may utilize artificial intelligence technologies.

AI-generated explanations, recommendations, study plans, and other outputs:

  • May contain errors;
  • May be incomplete;
  • Should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Users should independently verify important information.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, and authentication services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEASVAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • ACCURACY;
  • RELIABILITY;
  • AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEASVAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES;
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
  • SPECIAL DAMAGES;
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
  • LOSS OF PROFITS;
  • LOSS OF DATA;
  • LOSS OF OPPORTUNITIES;

ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FREEASVAB DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeASVAB, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • We suspect fraud or abuse;
  • We are required to do so by law.

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

18. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without liability.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or change features and pricing.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeASVAB operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
